I got this Toastmaster mini chopper new in box and it's decent for the price. The 1.5-cup bowl is good for small amounts, but the plastic feels a bit light. It chops herbs and nuts okay, but tougher veggies might be a struggle. No warranty is a downside, but if you need a basic electric chopper for occasional use, it gets the job done. The black color hides stains well.
